| Queensland Long Weekends (4 nights) (Australia Day, ANZAC Day, Queen's Birthday, Labour Day) | $1750 + $300 cleaning fee |
| Standard Week (7 nights) | $2,000 = $300 cleaning fee |
| School Holiday Week (June/July, Sept/Oct) | $3,000 + $300 cleaning fee |
| School Holiday Week (Easter) | $3,500 per week + $300 cleaning fee |
| Christmas/New Year Weeks | $6,000 per week + $300 cleaning fee |
| December/January School Holiday Weeks | $3,500 per week + $300 cleaning fee |
